LEGAL ASSISTANT\MARKETING

Wright Abshire, Attorneys, P.C., a small firm in Bellaire, Texas, is searching for an individual with legal assistant and marketing experience. The candidate who is comfortable assisting busy law firm partners, is project oriented, and calendar conscious should apply.

Besides some administrative support, the individual in this position assists mainly with, but is not limited to, planning seminars including all logistics; editing articles, papers and presentations; handling all ad publications; managing digital marketing including website and social media accounts and printed material. Additionally producing quarterly clientele analysis is required.

In this fast paced environment, the incumbent must possess superior written, exceptional communication, and accurate typing skills as well as strong attention to detail. The candidate must be self-motivated, able to organize and oversee multiple projects, and meet deadlines all the while staying flexible.

Qualifying individuals with good technical skills and knowledge of Social Media, PowerPoint,Word, and Excel, are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Word Perfect is helpful.
